About us

Seacity Immigration

Seacity Immigration is based in Richmond, British Columbia. Our principal consultant, Brian, has more than twenty years in the field, working across provincial nominee programs, employer sponsorship, family sponsorship and visas of every kind — including the difficult files: shortfalls in residency obligation, recovery after a refusal, and restoring lost status.

The rules change every year, so we set out the conditions and the risks first and discuss options second. We do not overstate the odds, and we do not talk around the problems.

  • Case-by-case assessment
  • Straight, transparent advice

About Canada

Why Canada

Canada is made up of ten provinces and three territories, is the second largest country on earth by area, and has about 41.4 million people. Ottawa publishes admission targets every year and each province nominates according to its own labour shortages — which is why there are so many different routes.

Public health care

Provincial plans cover medically necessary physician and hospital care with nothing to pay at the point of service. Prescription drugs, dental and vision care are usually private, and some provinces apply a waiting period for new arrivals.

Education and family benefits

Public schooling is free from kindergarten to grade 12, and residents pay far less than international students at university. The system also includes the Canada Child Benefit, Employment Insurance and public pensions.

Jobs and demand for immigrants

An ageing workforce makes Canada structurally reliant on immigration. Economic immigration is at its highest share in decades, and health care, trades, education and transport are in demand across the country.

Geography and resources

Canada covers about 9.98 million square kilometres, holds roughly a fifth of the world's fresh water, and has deep energy and mineral reserves. Each major city has its own industries, so the choice can follow your profession.
