About Seacity Immigration
Seacity Immigration
Licensed immigration consultant: Brian (RCIC R410847)
Seacity Immigration is part of the Seacity International Group, founded in 2010 and now in its sixteenth year. The group began with immigration and visa work, and in 2019 it established Seacity Immigration and Business Service so that immigration files would sit with a dedicated professional firm.
Focus is what makes expertise possible. We put our effort into studying immigration policy and running real applications, and we build a plan around each client's actual circumstances rather than fitting clients to whatever program we happen to be promoting. Whether a plan is workable, and where the risks lie, is something we set out before any work begins.
Preparing every file carefully is the most concrete form of responsibility we can offer for the outcome. Our approach is simple: undivided attention, in the service of what our clients are trying to build.

Licences and credentials
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Licence R410847, regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, authorised to represent clients on immigration, visa and related applications.
B.C. Employment Agency Licence
Licensed to provide recruitment and placement services in British Columbia, sourcing and referring candidates on behalf of employers.
B.C. Foreign Worker Recruiter Licence
Issued under British Columbia's Temporary Foreign Worker Protection Act, allowing us to lawfully recruit workers from abroad for employers. The province maintains a public registry of licensed recruiters.
Together these licences let us run an overseas hire from end to end: posting the role, screening candidates, applying for the LMIA, arranging the work permit and settling the worker in. Employers must also complete B.C.'s employer registration before hiring a temporary foreign worker, which we handle alongside the rest.
